Refund policy

Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 7 days after receiving your item. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact us for a return shipping address.
Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all original paperwork and no damage or alteration. Jewelry that has been modified, resized or altered in any way cannot be returned. Items must be shipped with full value insurance, tracking and require signature on delivery. Buyer pays for return shipping.


Please note: Rings below a Ring Size 4 or above a Size 8 are considered Special Orders and are not returnable.
Please be noted that transaction fee,tax fee, listing fee and shipping cost are not refundable. Once we receive the item(s) in original condition we will refund your purchase.
